This product it is called Secreto de la Abuela (Grandma is Secret) because it has a special secret touch that give it the characteristics flavour. To achieve this singular a unique flavour it is necessary to follow the following steps:
- Harvesting and washing the olives manually.
- Cracking and burning of the olives so they lose their bitterness.
- Soak in eater for 3 or 4 days to lose flavour.
- Season with olive oil, thyme, fennel, oregano and garlic.
- Packaging.
The olives “Secreto de la Abuela” can be eaten as an appetizer or used in the preparation of dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Once opened to keep refrigerated, the olives must remain completely covered by the brine all time.
