History:
Bodega Castaño was founded in 1952 by Juan Castaño in Jumilla, Murcia, Spain. The winery has become one of the most important in the region, renowned for its wines made from the Monastrell grape.
Vineyards:
Bodega Castaño owns 600 hectares of its own vineyards, located in the best areas of Jumilla. The vineyards are planted with Monastrell, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grape varieties.
Production:
Bodega Castaño produces a wide range of red, white, rosé and sweet wines. Its wines are known for their quality, fruit character and value for money.
Philosophy:
Bodega Castaño is committed to making wines that reflect the terroir of the Jumilla region. The winery uses traditional viticulture and winemaking practices combined with modern techniques.

Nose : Penetrating and delicate aromas that bring to mind the memory of white fruits such as pear and apple, and tropical, including pineapple and coconut. Smoky notes wood go hand in hand with scents of spring flowers.
Palate: Fresh on the palate, good consistency and perfectly balanced flavors with its high acidity, smooth and pleasant finish.
