Palate: Long-lasting with very good acidity and at the same time structured. Fresh with great volume and unctuousness, the result of a complete ripening in the vineyard, where the low production of the old vines generates an extra in the richness of its bunches
Description: It is a blend of white grape varieties from old vineyards around 60 years old, which makes the wine fresh. The selection process is carried out by hand, the fermentations are spontaneous and the ageing is respectful in order to enhance the qualities of the grapes that make up this great wine.

Technical Information: El Pacto Del Alto Najerilla is a wine that is the result of the mixture of several grape varieties from vineyards at an altitude of 600 metres. The whole bunches are macerated for 24 hours and then macerated for six hours with the skins and pressing. Fermentation is carried out with local yeasts at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18 degrees. In the final part of fermentation, the wine is transferred to a 500,000-litre oak bocoyes barrels. The wine is aged in two parts, one in 5,000-litre oak tanks and the other in oak bocoyes with different capacities in contact with the fine lees, both ageing processes last one year.
