Description: Emina Rosé Prestigio is an elegant wine that pays homage to four great women who fought for equality; Clara Campoamor, Emilia Pardo Bazán, Concepción Arenal and Carmen de Burgos de Seguí, has a high-end pink tone with a modern, Provençal, floral, fresh and feminine cut.
Food that goes well with this wine: Thai, Japanese and Chinese cuisine, cheeses, fish or salads.
Technical Information: This wine comes from old vineyards of more than 70 years planted in goblet, made with different grape varieties, both white and red, which give it its own tones and characteristics. The maceration takes place cold, to obtain a unique light pink tone. Fermentation last 10-15 days in stainless steel barrels a at controlled temperature of 14ºC. The production process ends with a 2-month ageing with fine lees.
