Description: The grapes used to make this innovative sweet white wine come from the first vineyards planted in La Rueda more than 30 years ago. The 2022 vintage went through harsh weather conditions, due to the drought that hit the region in the summer months, but the patience and dedication of experts allowed to obtain this particular and complex white wine.
Food that goes well with this wine: Appetizer based on foie, nuts and cheeses, especially cured and spicy ones. Ideal to accompany desserts.
Technical Information: This Apasionado is obtained with maceration at an extremally low temperature to maintain the varietal aromas. After fermentation, a process of constant lees work is carried out for 6 months, in order to obtain a structural and complex palate.
