Online Payment using Credit Card / Debit Card.


We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard.

To pay using your credit/debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.


Can i get discounts for a big order?


Eventually we can offer some discounts.


Do you have a delivery fee?


Yes, our delivery fee is 5€ in orders under 100€ in all orders over 100€ there is no delivery fee


How does delivery work?


Deliveries are done from Monday to Saturday by appointment. Once your order is paid, we’ll get in touch to schedule a time convenient for both parts. We do not deliver on Sundays or National and Public Holidays.


How long does it take for a delivery?


Our normal delivery time is between 24/48 H, we don’t deliver on Sunday or public holidays.


How can I put special requests on my online order?


Whenever you have a special request, click the EDIT button next to your item and type your request.



What if I miss the delivery?


If no one is available at the delivery address given to accept the delivery, our delivery person will leave you a card that the products have been returned to our warehouse. In that case, please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery.


Who do I call if there is a mistake with my order?

What happens if I am missing items from my order when it is delivered?


-You can also check if your order has been split into more than one parcel by logging into 'My Account' and checking my orders.


-The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock. It's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.


How can I receive the invoice for my order?


Your invoice is the receipt of your order. Once you have completed your order with payment, your invoice will be available to your email. This invoice also includes the VAT details of your order.


What is Refund Policy?


Consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and / or compensation when the products are defective or do not correspond to the description.
