These anchovies belong to the Gold Series, a series made with anchovies captured in the Cantabrian Sea (north of Spain), in the purse seine mode.
After capture, they are left to cure in natural sea salt for at least a year, and then they are filleted by experts in artisanal way, resulting in a high-quality product.
Semi preserved product. Keep in cold, between +5 and +10 degrees.
