Made from 50% pure Iberic pork (mother 100% Iberic and duroc father), it is an exquisite meat that comes from the heart of Extremadura, a region located in the central-west of Spain. The pig breeding processes are carried out with dedication, patience and professionalism to obtain products with a unique taste and smell that satisfy the taste of our customers.
