Description: Casa de la Cera is a wine that arises from the mixture of many varieties of grapes, this combination gives the wine its identity.
Food that goes well with this wine: Hunting meat, duck, red meats and cured cheeses. Savoury dishes in general, especially red meat-bases ones.
Technical Information: All grapes are hand selected on the best ripening moment. In the winery the best bunches are selected to separate the juice and skins. Both are pumped into 500-litre oak barrels. Maceration and fermentation are made in these same barrels within 12 or 17 days, depending on the grape variety. The aging process least 20 months in the new French and American oak barrels.
