Technical Information:

The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. Maceration takes place in cold to extract colour and fruit aromas. Fermentation takes place at temperatures between 25 and 28 ºC in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days. Subsequently, there is a fermentation post-maceration of 5 to 10 days. The wine remains for a period of 12 months in new American oak barrels, completing its ageing cycle with a few months in the bottle.
