Elegance and balance are the hallmarks of these wines. The different types of soil in La Rioja together with the use of modern and traditional practices, allow the winemakers to produce a wide range of wines with different personalities but always within the limits of the D.O.Ca.
Food that goes well with this wine: A perfect companion for all kinds of meats, cured cheeses and roasts.
Technical Information:
The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness. Maceration takes place in cold to extract colour and fruit aromas. Fermentation takes place at temperatures between 25 and 28 ºC in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days. Subsequently, there is a fermentation post-maceration of 5 to 10 days. The wine remains for a period of 12 months in new American oak barrels, completing its ageing cycle with a few months in the bottle.
