Palate: Its fresh acidity stands out, enhancing the aromas of red fruit, hints of toasted bread and roasted coffee, long-lasting, fresh and very pleasant.
Description: Cyan Roble is made with grapes selected in vineyards with 30 and 60 years old, located at 600 metres of altitude in Pago de Valdefinjas farm.
Food that goes well with this wine: Sausages, soups, stews, poultry, rice and fresh pasta, mushrooms and “Cocido Castellano".
Technical Information: The grapes come from vineyards planted in sandy loam soils during the years 1943 and 2005.After the harvest, the wine goes through alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 - 14 days at a controlled temperature of 26 degrees. Cyan Roble is aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
