Cuatro Pasos Black, 100% Mencía, is made from selected grapes from balanced, low yielding vines, most of which are over 80 years old, from vineyards located in hillside areas of the Bierzo region. After vinification, it is aged for 7 to 8 months in French and American oak barrels of 225L of medium toast.
