Melior rescues the legacy and winemaking tradition of Ribera del Duero by making this wine with grapes of the Albillo Mayor variety.
This grape, delicate and with great personality, is the result of the recovery of vineyards with little presence but great prominence in the Ribera. This is a variety with barely 500 hectares planted, just over 2% of the appellation's vineyards.
