Homemade gordal olives are pitted olives. This olives are seasoned following an artisanal recipe. Typical of the village of Antequera this olives are perfect to accompany dishes in homes, terraces, restaurants and hotels.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Once opened to keep refrigerated, the olives must remain completely covered by the brine all time.
