Palate: Well-structured and balanced, Alcohol and acidity are perfectly integrated, creating a harmonious and pleasant wine on the palate. The retronasal is also different from that of the most classic Valduero wines, with more complex and subtle notes.

Colour: Has an attractive golden color body. This semi dry reserve cava has persistent and rosy effervescence that presents mid-sized bubbles which rise to the surface to create a stable crown.

Nose: Good aromatic intensity, with sweet floral notes that are entwined with ripe fruits and candied citrus peels. Nuanced ageing notes gain more prominence as this Cava aerates.

Palate: Has a crisp acidity which is well-balanced with the sweetness provided by the liqueur de tirage,There is a pleasant passage with a prolonged finish that is pleasantly sweet.

Nose: It starts off intense on the nose with very fresh red fruits, notes of red liquorice and cherries.

Palate: It is sweet from the beginning, showing a good fruit power, refreshing on the palate and silky route to finish in a light touch tannic. 

Grapes: 58% Tinto Fino, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, 4% Syrah, 3% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec.

Colour: The Cava Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia has a very bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.

Nose: Citrus and ripe white fruit, slowly evolving into aromas of dry fruit, aromatic herbs and fine pastry. On the background, remembrances of white flowers and bread.

Palate: Citrus, Mediterranean, herbs de Provence and dry fruit, enlivened by some tiny, well integrated bubbles. Long finish with some fruity remembrances and notes of fine lees. This is old school Cava at its best.
