Palate: Very powerful, fat and voluminous attack, with a very balanced and concentrated mid palate, very lively, good acidity. Long, wide, silky finish in the mouth, with a very round and well-coordinated tannin.
Made from a Selection of Garnachas (Grenache) of different Pagos of the last three vintages. Vineyards 40–50 years old with a production of less than one kilogram per vine.
After the malolactic fermentation this wine is aged for a period of 9 months in new French oak.
Food that goes well with this wine: game meats, lamb or with sheep cheeses.
