The grapes Merseguera and Chardonnay are harvested at the optimal point of ripeness and acidity to preserve freshness. The fermentation occurs at a low temperature of 12ºC using clean musts, allowing the grape's fruitiness to be retained, resulting in highly aromatic and pleasant wines.
