History:
Hacienda López de Haro is a family winery founded in 1898 in the heart of Rioja Alta, Spain. The winery is located in the municipality of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in a privileged area for vine growing.
Vineyards:
Hacienda López de Haro owns 120 hectares of its own vineyards, situated on terraces on the banks of the river Ebro. The vineyards are planted with Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano grape varieties.
Production:
Hacienda López de Haro produces a wide range of red, white and rosé wines. Its wines are known for their quality and traditional character.

Colour: Brick tones predominate on the trim with lively reflections of cherry tones
Nose: Spicy notes and liquorice stand out. Very complex wine of great intensity, balsamic character with nuances of eucalyptus and violets. The long ageing gives it aromas of roots and leaf litter, intertwined with overtones of tobacco, vanilla and nuts from the barrel.
Palate: Great intensity,robust structure with pleasant tactile sensations. Its beginning is sweet and enveloping, to give rise to a passage through the mouth with good acidity and a slight bitterness at the end that generates an aftertaste full of nuances.

Nose : Of great delicacy, high intensity and especially complex.It is the union of the primary floral notes of the grape together with the more complex tones of leaf litter and vanilla. All the notes are under sweet and creamy undertones.
Palate: Its enveloping acidity stands out throughout its journey through the mouth. Narrow passage and a long finish.
