Description: The name comes from finding bear tracks in the vineyards of El Bierzo. With this discovery, the commitment to protect this endangered animal was born. This peculiar appellation represents a powerful wine.
Food that goes well with this wine: Roasted meats, hunting stews, spicy sauces, cold cuts, sausages and cured cheeses.
Technical Information: Cuatro Pasos Black is a wine made with 100% Mencía grape, from vineyards older than 80 years. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels with a controlled temperature. After vinification, the ageing process least 10 months in French and American 225-litre barrels.
