Nose: Citrus and ripe white fruit, slowly evolving into aromas of dry fruit, aromatic herbs and fine pastry. On the background, remembrances of white flowers and bread.
Palate: Citrus, Mediterranean, herbs de Provence and dry fruit, enlivened by some tiny, well integrated bubbles. Long finish with some fruity remembrances and notes of fine lees. This is old school Cava at its best.
Few words are needed to describe this Brut Nature Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia cava. Internationally recognized, it is one of the sparkling wines with the best reputation and roots. Macabeo, Xarello and Perallada grapes are used to make it, from which a must is extracted that will give way to sparkling wine with fine, fresh, broad and creamy bubbles.
