The harvesting is carried out at the optimal moment of ripeness. In the winery, the grapes are meticulously selected and destemmed. After gentle pressing, a very clean mush begins fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 ºC in stainless steel barrels. Once filtered and clarified, the wine is bottled for market release.
