Nose: It has very intense and clean aromas, it is a frank and sincere wine that transmit the essence of the red fruits of the range of strawberries, cherries and blackberries, on a background of aromatic plants (thyme and lavender) and spicy touches.
Palate: It is ample, fresh, with great volume and very marked acidity, delicate structure with strength and intensity in all phases of its tasting.
Description: The grapes with which this great wine is made come from vineyards between 30 and 80 years old, this made its fruits have a great expressiveness. The grapes are harvested by hand and in the winery, they go through a double selection process, CM Tinto Rioja rets for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Food that goes well with this wine: legumes, meats, stews, roasts, appetizers, sausages, cheeses and white and oily fish.
Technical Information: CM Tinto Rioja is made with the Tempranillo grape variety, from vineyards between 30 and 80 years old. The entire process of selecting the bunch and the grain is done by hand. Fermentation last 10 to 14 days in stainless steel tanks. It is aged 12 months in French (65%) and American (35%) oak barrels.
