The harvest is adapted to the optimal moment of ripering of the grapes, which is usually during the first days of Autumn. Fermentation is done with native yeast in barrels, followed by an aging process wich least 14 months in French barrels.

Colour: Has an attractive golden color body. This semi dry reserve cava has persistent and rosy effervescence that presents mid-sized bubbles which rise to the surface to create a stable crown.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity, with sweet floral notes that are entwined with ripe fruits and candied citrus peels. Nuanced ageing notes gain more prominence as this Cava aerates.
Palate: Has a crisp acidity which is well-balanced with the sweetness provided by the liqueur de tirage,There is a pleasant passage with a prolonged finish that is pleasantly sweet.
