Nose: Spicy notes and liquorice stand out. Very complex wine of great intensity, balsamic character with nuances of eucalyptus and violets. The long ageing gives it aromas of roots and leaf litter, intertwined with overtones of tobacco, vanilla and nuts from the barrel.
Palate: Great intensity,robust structure with pleasant tactile sensations. Its beginning is sweet and enveloping, to give rise to a passage through the mouth with good acidity and a slight bitterness at the end that generates an aftertaste full of nuances.

Colour: The Cava Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia has a very bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.
Nose: Citrus and ripe white fruit, slowly evolving into aromas of dry fruit, aromatic herbs and fine pastry. On the background, remembrances of white flowers and bread.
Palate: Citrus, Mediterranean, herbs de Provence and dry fruit, enlivened by some tiny, well integrated bubbles. Long finish with some fruity remembrances and notes of fine lees. This is old school Cava at its best.
