Valdelosfrailes is the firm of Matarromera in the emerging D.O. Cigales. Founded in 1997, Carlos Moro built this winery to produce high-end wines in a wine-growing area with great potential. It produces high-end reds and a fresh and fruity rosé, very typical in the D.O. cigales.
