Colour: Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections, bright and transparent.
Nose: Great intensity distinguished by clean floral notes (white flowers, acacia) on a background of ripe fruit, candied fruit and aniseed tones typical of the variety.
Palate: Blanco redondo y untuoso, muy graso, que envuelve el paladar. En retronasal salen recuerdos florales. Muy persistente.
Description: Verdejo suitable for vegans made from the winery's oldest vineyards, some of which are more than a century old and pre-phylloxera. It is made following the most traditional harvesting and vinification methods to bring the maximum elegance and balance to the variety.
Food that goes well with this wine: Grilled fish and meat.
Technical Information:
Fermentación con levaduras seleccionadas a una temperatura de 15 ºC. Un 15% fermenta en barrica de roble francés de 500 litros y el 85% restante en depósitos de acero inoxidable.
