Description: Martín Códax Lías is the best representation of the evolution of Albariño. After selecting the best fines lees, they go through a three-phase winemaking process that culminates in this award-winning white wine.

Technical Information: Elaborated with 100% Albariño grapes which fermenters in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature. The ageing process has three phases, in the first the grapes ageing in their lees for 6 or 7 months, in the second the wine stays for one years in barrels and in the third phase the wine stays 6 months more in bottle, before go to the market.
