Technical Information:
The originality of this sparkling wine lies in the care taken in its production and in the choice of harvest date. The optimum moment is meticulously chosen so that the acidity, freshness and aromatic complexity prevail in the base wine. This wine is made with Viura and Chardonnay grapes from selected vineyards. Part of the Chardonnay that will be part of this sparkling wine is fermented in new French and American barrels. After the second fermentation, the wine is left for six to twelve weeks on its lees.
