Light cava and appreciated for its great freshness that makes it very current, formed by a coupage with the three traditional varieties of the Penedès. Very fruity cava due to the fermentation of the base wine at temperatures controlled between 14 and 16 ° C, retaining a large part of the aromatic fraction.
