The grapes come from old vineyards planted on poor slopes in the San Vicente de la Sonsierra area, in the La Rioja region.
Hacienda López de Haro White underwent a controlled maceration with the skins for about 4 or six hours. This was then fermented in French oak barrels for three months.
Food that goes well with this wine: Creamy rice with squid, cheese with caramelized onion and tuna tartare.
