Hacienda López de Haro White is a white wine from the D.O. La Rioja made by Bodega Classica. This wine is a monovarietal from Viura.
The grapes come from old vineyards planted on poor slopes in the San Vicente de la Sonsierra area, in the La Rioja region.
Hacienda López de Haro White underwent a controlled maceration with the skins for about 4 or six hours. This was then fermented in French oak barrels for three months.
Food that goes well with this wine: Creamy rice with squid, cheese with caramelized onion and tuna tartare.
