Nose: Very intense, fine, elegant aroma, with a background of red fruits, plum, cherry. Mineral and spicy notes, coffee, toast, vanilla, pastry, egg yolk, meringue, very well integrated into the wine.

Palate: Very powerful, fat and voluminous attack, with a very balanced and concentrated mid palate, very lively, good acidity. Long, wide, silky finish in the mouth, with a very round and well-coordinated tannin.

Colour: Has an attractive golden color body. This semi dry reserve cava has persistent and rosy effervescence that presents mid-sized bubbles which rise to the surface to create a stable crown.

Nose: Good aromatic intensity, with sweet floral notes that are entwined with ripe fruits and candied citrus peels. Nuanced ageing notes gain more prominence as this Cava aerates.

Palate: Has a crisp acidity which is well-balanced with the sweetness provided by the liqueur de tirage,There is a pleasant passage with a prolonged finish that is pleasantly sweet.
