José Pariente Verdejo is the freshest and most elegant statement of the autochthonous variety of Rueda wines. It is an aromatic white wine with a nose offering a touch of minerality, reflecting the soils where the Verdejo variety grows, harmoniously accompanied by notes of white fruit, fennel, stone fruits, and anise. On the palate, it has a sweet entry, followed by a fresh, creamy, and elegant taste, persisting with a delicate final bitterness. A complex and intense white wine.
