Valdelosfrailes Crianza is a red wine made from Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards in the Cigales Denomination of Origin. It is a very elegant wine that combines its minerality with the fruity nuances of Tempranillo, the touch provided by its ageing in French and American oak barrels for 12 months and the personality of this Bodega.
Food that goes well with this wine: It is ideal with warm salads, soups, pulses, meat carpaccios, lamb, cured cheeses and poultry stews.

Colour: Has an attractive golden color body. This semi dry reserve cava has persistent and rosy effervescence that presents mid-sized bubbles which rise to the surface to create a stable crown.
Nose: Good aromatic intensity, with sweet floral notes that are entwined with ripe fruits and candied citrus peels. Nuanced ageing notes gain more prominence as this Cava aerates.
Palate: Has a crisp acidity which is well-balanced with the sweetness provided by the liqueur de tirage,There is a pleasant passage with a prolonged finish that is pleasantly sweet.
