This wine is a blend of the qualities of three different grape varieties: Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, sourced from different Spanish wine regions.
The wine fermentation takes place in stainless steel barrels for 20-25 days at a maximun temperature of 15ºC. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its lees for 2-3 months to develop its characteristic secondary aromas. In the case of Chardonnay, the wine is aged in French oak tanks for 3 months, with regular lees stirring.
Food that goes well with this wine: Appetizers, pasta dishes, paella, and cold tapas. Pairs with oven-baked fish, smoked, and cheeses.
