The Puerto de Indias distillery located in Seville is one of the oldest in Andalusia (Spain). Since 1880, distillates have been produced in copper stills and using traditional techniques.

Colour: Despite what this gin looks like in the bottle (light blue), the drink itself is actually entirely clear. This is typical of this kind of alcohol.
Aroma: This drink has a compelling scent that draws drinkers close to the glass. Unlike similar beverages, it has an intense citrus scent. Aromas of juniper and coriander add to the scent profile.
Taste: The citrus scent of this beverage carries over to its flavour. An experienced drinker will be able to differentiate between flavours of lime, lemon, grapefruit, and orange. Because this is a gin, juniper is a required flavour.
