It comes from vineyards very close to the Duero River that produce a high quality grape. They are located in the terms of Olivares and Valbuena de Duero, in Valladolid, one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation and elaboration of the vine that exist in Spain.

Soil: clay, sand and limestone

Aging: 14 month in barrel and 10 month in bottle 

Food that goes well with this wine: In addition to the cheese and Iberian ham, we offer any type of meat, both white and red. But it is also perfect for pasta or rice dishes.
