Colour: In the visual phase there is a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections.

Nose: of great intensity, it is elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, which covers the range of white and citrus fruit with a touch of fennel.

Palate: In the mouth, fresh fruit notes appear again. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of final bitterness.

Colour: The Cava Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia has a very bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.

Nose: Citrus and ripe white fruit, slowly evolving into aromas of dry fruit, aromatic herbs and fine pastry. On the background, remembrances of white flowers and bread.

Palate: Citrus, Mediterranean, herbs de Provence and dry fruit, enlivened by some tiny, well integrated bubbles. Long finish with some fruity remembrances and notes of fine lees. This is old school Cava at its best.

Nose: Complex and intense, with aromas of ripe red fruits, leather, and vanilla. The fruit and wood aromas blend together harmoniously, creating a unique aromatic profile.

Palate: Well-structured and balanced, Alcohol and acidity are perfectly integrated, creating a harmonious and pleasant wine on the palate. The retronasal is also different from that of the most classic Valduero wines, with more complex and subtle notes.
