El Pacto is a red wine from the D.O La Rioja, produced by Bodega Classica. This is a single variety wine, made exclusively with Tempranillo grapes, a classic variety of the region.
The Tempranillo grapes used to produce this wine come from old vines that are over 70 years old. The vineyards are located in riojan Sonsierra region and are organically cultivated, helping preserve the character of the surrounding environment. The harvest is usually carried out at the beginning of October, although this does depend on the vintage. After being quickly transported back to the winery, the bunches pass through a selection table, where only the best quality grapes are selected to make this wine.
Food that goes well with this wine: Grilled red meats, Mature cheese, Roasts, Chicken stew.
