Nose: Good aromatic intensity, with sweet floral notes that are entwined with ripe fruits and candied citrus peels. Nuanced ageing notes gain more prominence as this Cava aerates.
Palate: Has a crisp acidity which is well-balanced with the sweetness provided by the liqueur de tirage,There is a pleasant passage with a prolonged finish that is pleasantly sweet.
The Juvé y Camps Cinta Púcar Brut is a reserve cava made in equal parts with the first qualities of must of the three traditional white varieties (Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada) from the vineyards of Espiells, La Cuscona and Mediona.
After 24 months in the bottle, it becomes a sparkling wine with a bright color with greenish reflections, with fine and balanced bubbles.

Colour: The Cava Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia has a very bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.
Nose: Citrus and ripe white fruit, slowly evolving into aromas of dry fruit, aromatic herbs and fine pastry. On the background, remembrances of white flowers and bread.
Palate: Citrus, Mediterranean, herbs de Provence and dry fruit, enlivened by some tiny, well integrated bubbles. Long finish with some fruity remembrances and notes of fine lees. This is old school Cava at its best.
