Sommos Reserva is a wood-aged red wine made by the Sommos Winery in the D.O. Aragonese Somontano with the red varieties Syrah, Merlot, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Sommos Reserva comes from a vineyard located in the Finca de Montesa. Strains planted on sandy loam soils with low organic matter content and that produce an average of 4,500 kg / ha. Traditional agriculture is practiced and the harvest is carried out separately mechanically at night to preserve all the characteristics of the grape.
Sommos Reserva is the result of the union of tradition with innovation. A classic and elegant and, at the same time, avant-garde way of interpreting and making the Somontano wine region known internationally.
