Food that goes well with this wine: Cheeses and desserts not very sweet based on ice cream and fruits. Especially recommended with apple pie.
Technical Information: Made from two grape varieties in different proportions, Palomino Fino at 75% and Pedro Ximénez (PX) at 25%. This mixture remains in the criaderas and soleras system for 8 years.
