Nose: High aromatic insensitivity. Notes of red fruits, strawberry yogurt and soft touches of lollipop. Fresh, balsamic, fruity and citric notes in a background with creamy and surround nuances. It is a clean, fresh with fruity character wine.
Palate: A long-shot wine with great fluidity. Marked acidity and glyceric sensations. Its aftertaste is of great complexity, in which fruity sensations are mixed with spicy nuances and enveloping notes from maturation in oak ink
Description: El Pacto is a wine composed majority of Garnacha Tinta and Viura grapes and other variety pf grapes, like Tempranillo, Malvasía, Graciano and Mazuelo, due to their grown up in the same plots. The combination of these varieties of grapes ends up in a particular red wine with white wine characteristics.
Food that goes well with this wine: Smoked foods, risottos, blue cheeses, salads, appetizers, seafood, white meats, hamburgers, sausages, blue fish.
Technical Information: El Pacto Ojo Gallo is a wine that is the result of the mixture of several grape varieties from vineyards at an altitude of 600 metres. Made as an estate wine, it was macerated for 4 days in concrete tanks ad most of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The ageing process last 12 months, half of the wine in a 5.000-litre barrel and the other half in concrete tanks.
