Valdelosfrailes Reserva, one of the winery's flagship red wines, is crafted exclusively from the finest Tempranillo grapes harvested from our oldest bush-trained vineyards. These grapes undergo a rigorous triple selection process to ensure only the most impeccable quality for the wine.

The grapes are then carefully hand-picked and taken to the winery, where they undergo a cool maceration before being fermented at a controlled temperature to maximize their aromatic potential. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels.

The wine is then aged for at least 14 months in a combination of new French and American oak barrels, imparting layers of complexity and structure. Its final maturation takes place in the bottle for at least two years, further enhancing its elegance and balanced profile.

Valdelosfrailes Reserva has been lauded by renowned wine critic John Radford, who described it as a wine of remarkable quality and personality, worthy of being considered among the finest in Spain.

This exceptional wine exemplifies the winery's commitment to producing wines of exceptional quality and character, crafted with passion and dedication from our unique terroir.
