Colour: The Cava Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia has a very bright straw yellow colour with some golden tinges.

 

Nose: Citrus and ripe white fruit, slowly evolving into aromas of dry fruit, aromatic herbs and fine pastry. On the background, remembrances of white flowers and bread.

 

Palate: Citrus, Mediterranean, herbs de Provence and dry fruit, enlivened by some tiny, well integrated bubbles. Long finish with some fruity remembrances and notes of fine lees. This is old school Cava at its best.

Palate: Well-structured and balanced, Alcohol and acidity are perfectly integrated, creating a harmonious and pleasant wine on the palate. The retronasal is also different from that of the most classic Valduero wines, with more complex and subtle notes.
