Nose: High intensity, fruity and floral aroma, fresh, very clean and powerful, with a marked varietal character with light toasted and spicy tones provided by aging in wood.
Palate: Soft, voluminous, broad, meaty, harmonious and structured attack, rich in nuances, where the fruit of the Garnacha variety prevails, very balanced and with a wide and very long aftertaste.
From grapes, harvested by hand, from very old vineyards cultivated by the traditional glass system, with a production of less than 1 kg per vine. Aging in new French oak barrels in contact with its own lees for 4 months.
Food that goes well with this wine: grilled lamb, roasted red meats, game and aged cheeses.
