Pago de Carraovejas 2021 es el reflejo del valle al que debe su nombre; una interpretación de las distintas texturas de sus laderas y del páramo que lo domina. La identidad propia de Pago de Carraovejas 2021 surge de un paraje de más de cien viñas divididas según suelos, exposiciones, orientación del viñedo y sistemas de conducción distintos. Viticultura de precisión y elaboración a medida. Pago de Carraovejas 2021 ensambla las tres variedades presentes en la finca: un 93% de tinto fino, un 4% de cabernet sauvignon y un 3% de merlot.

Colour: This drink gets it's Pure Black Edition name due to the black chrome colouring of the bottle. 

Aroma: Bitter notes fill the air once this bottle is opened. Strong alcoholic scents accompany it. Light floral and sweet scents of vanilla lighten the aroma.

Taste: The taste of this alcohol is similar to its smell, bitter flavours of juniper harshen the drink. Sweet flavours of orange blossom and vanilla lighten it.

Colour: Has an attractive golden color body. This semi dry reserve cava has persistent and rosy effervescence that presents mid-sized bubbles which rise to the surface to create a stable crown.

Nose: Good aromatic intensity, with sweet floral notes that are entwined with ripe fruits and candied citrus peels. Nuanced ageing notes gain more prominence as this Cava aerates.

Palate: Has a crisp acidity which is well-balanced with the sweetness provided by the liqueur de tirage,There is a pleasant passage with a prolonged finish that is pleasantly sweet.
