La identidad propia de Pago de Carraovejas 2021 surge de un paraje de más de cien viñas divididas según suelos, exposiciones, orientación del viñedo y sistemas de conducción distintos. Viticultura de precisión y elaboración a medida. Pago de Carraovejas 2021 ensambla las tres variedades presentes en la finca: un 93% de tinto fino, un 4% de cabernet sauvignon y un 3% de merlot.
