Pago de Carraovejas 2021 es el reflejo del valle al que debe su nombre; una interpretación de las distintas texturas de sus laderas y del páramo que lo domina. La identidad propia de Pago de Carraovejas 2021 surge de un paraje de más de cien viñas divididas según suelos, exposiciones, orientación del viñedo y sistemas de conducción distintos. Viticultura de precisión y elaboración a medida. Pago de Carraovejas 2021 ensambla las tres variedades presentes en la finca: un 93% de tinto fino, un 4% de cabernet sauvignon y un 3% de merlot.

Colour:  Golden tones, of medium-high intensity with certain greyish nuances

Palate: Its enveloping acidity stands out throughout its journey through the mouth. Narrow passage and a long finish.

Nose: It is direct and very complex, with a very good concentration of varietal aromas of ripe black fruit from the blackberry range, with balsamic touches of aromatic plants such as lavender and soft eucalyptus, among other aromas from its aging in barrels such as new leather, Tabaco Rubio and Soft Cacao.

Palate: Good structure with black fruit of myrtle, blueberry, tobacco, leather and also liquorice and soft roasts, with a long, elegant and very persistent finish.

Nose: Spicy notes and liquorice stand out. Very complex wine of great intensity, balsamic character with nuances of eucalyptus and violets. The long ageing gives it aromas of roots and leaf litter, intertwined with overtones of tobacco, vanilla and nuts from the barrel.

Palate: Great intensity,robust structure with pleasant tactile sensations. Its beginning is sweet and enveloping, to give rise to a passage through the mouth with good acidity and a slight bitterness at the end that generates an aftertaste full of nuances.
