These Terms of Use explain how to use the La Vinolé online shop and how orders for products are handled. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About the online shop
La Vinolé is the trading name used by The Beer Venture Ltd, a company registered in Malta with VAT number MT25060316 and registered address 102, Suite 2, St Catherine Street, Attard, Malta ATD2605. You can contact us at info@lavinole.com.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this online shop or purchase alcoholic products. We may ask for proof of age before completing an order or at delivery. We do not sell alcohol to anyone under 18.
3. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, photographs, vintages and availability are provided as accurately as possible. A product may be unavailable even if stock changes after an order is submitted. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you with the available options.
Prices are shown in euros and the applicable taxes and delivery charge are displayed before you confirm payment. We may update prices and product information, but changes will not affect an order that we have already confirmed unless we contact you and agree an alternative.
4. Placing and accepting an order
Choose your products, add them to your basket and complete checkout with accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Guest checkout is available. Your order is subject to product availability and payment authorisation. We will send an order confirmation or invoice to the email address supplied. If we cannot process your order, we will explain why and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
5. Payment
Online payment is available by credit or debit card, including Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed through the payment service shown at checkout. Your bank may ask you to approve the transaction. Do not send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by a payment issuer declining or delaying authorisation.
6. Delivery in Malta
We deliver throughout the island of Malta. The usual delivery time is 24–48 hours, with delivery arranged by appointment from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays. After payment, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
Delivery costs €5 for orders under €100 and is free for orders over €100. The final charge is shown at checkout. If a particular delivery date is important, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.
7. Incorrect address or missed delivery
Please check your delivery details before paying. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, contact us as soon as possible. We will discuss re-delivery; any additional delivery cost will be confirmed before it is charged.
8. Problems, damaged items and refunds
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or defective, contact info@lavinole.com promptly with your order reference and details. Photographs of damage and packaging may help us resolve the issue quickly. Consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where products are defective or do not correspond to their description. Please contact us before returning any product.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our shop, products or legal obligations change. The version published on this page applies to future use and orders. The date of the latest update appears below.
