Palate: Its enveloping acidity stands out throughout its journey through the mouth. Narrow passage and a long finish.

Colour: Brick tones predominate on the trim with lively reflections of cherry tones

Nose: Spicy notes and liquorice stand out. Very complex wine of great intensity, balsamic character with nuances of eucalyptus and violets. The long ageing gives it aromas of roots and leaf litter, intertwined with overtones of tobacco, vanilla and nuts from the barrel.

Palate: Great intensity,robust structure with pleasant tactile sensations. Its beginning is sweet and enveloping, to give rise to a passage through the mouth with good acidity and a slight bitterness at the end that generates an aftertaste full of nuances.

Colour: Salmon colour with coppery notes and great intensity. Grayish nuances on the rim.

Nose: Aromatic, silky essence, and full of character. Floral and soapy notes dominate, with extra fruity tones of grapefruit and orange peel. Balsamic and menthol qualities are also detected, lending it a distinct freshness.

Palate: Fullness on attack, with very good balance as it passes through the mouth. Of great length, it is a wine that exudes subtlety and elegance.
