Colour: Bright cherry pink colour and beautiful effervescence due to multiple and tiny bubbles.

Nose: a delicate and intense aroma is sniffed, with clear notes of cherries and strawberries, wrapped by hints of honey, toast and floral scent. It is an unusual smell in which freshness dominates over vinosity.

Palate: The flavour is exuberant and the effervescent mousse that is released due to the multiple and tiny bubbles provide an intense a creamy sensation that caresses inside the mouth very gently, enhancing all of its rich aromas.

Palate: First start soft , broad, fleshy, harmonious and structured, rich in nuances, very balanced, with a very long aftertaste. Highlighting the concentration and smoothness of the tannins obtained by the full maturity of the grapes.
